ABOUT ME

I am currently a Music Production student at Oregon State University and am expected to graduate in June of 2027. I have lots of experience working with sound in both a physical and digital realm being fluent in Pro Tools as well as Ableton Live which is my preferred DAW for doing most work. Other software skills I have are experience editing video in Adobe Premiere Pro and Sony Vegas Pro. I am also comfortable using Adobe Audition, Descript, and Audacity. Through my education, I have found a passion for editing dialogue and find it peaceful to tune into other people’s recordings and clean them up to professional sound. My dialogue editing approach typically starts by removing background noise using a gate, cutting all unnecessary pauses and moments, applying EQ, normalization, compression or a de-esser if needed, and mastering with gain to reach a loudness standard of -16 LUFs.

In my free time I enjoy working on cars, I own a few BMW’s that always need work done. I also spend a lot of time outside going on hikes, traveling, and going to music shows. I live in the PNW so there are a lot of opportunities for great views! I also really enjoy creating music where my main interest lies in EDM and will sometimes DJ at local venues and play the music I have made as well as lots of music I find inspiring. My goal is to influence others whether it be through music or the sound I create for media!
